Handball Ontario Holds 2026 Annual General Meeting

Handball Ontario members gathered virtually on Sunday, August 23rd for the organization’s 2026 Annual General Meeting, where the membership reviewed the past year, set direction for the year ahead, and confirmed leadership for the next term.

Among the key items of business, members voted to ratify updates to Handball Ontario’s by-laws, formalizing changes to the organization’s governance structure that take effect immediately. The Treasurer also presented the financials for the upcoming year, and members passed the budget as presented, giving the organization an approved financial plan to guide its programs and operations going forward.

The Executive Director and Board also shared updates and plans across several key program areas, including developments for future competitions, growth of the coaching program, expansion of the referee program, and continued momentum for the schools program introducing handball in schools across the province.

Elections were also held, and congratulations are in order for Nick Cuddemi and Raquel Pedercini, who were acclaimed to another four-year term on the Board. Their continued leadership will help guide Handball Ontario through its next chapter.
