Final results of this year’s Canadian Team Handball National Championships.
Our men finished 4th, after a great first day with two wins the short bench caused them to struggle and miss a spot on the podium.
Our women played extraordinary at their first appearance in an official tournament and surpassed all expectations with their 4th place finish.
Stand out performances and spots in the first teams of the tournament for Fab and Ornella. Ornella was also the top scorer of the tournament.
Thank you to all teams that participated at Sr Nationals Club de Handball Celtique de Montréal Handball Québec Saskatchewan Team Handball Federation Inc. Manitoba Team Handball Federation Team Handball Ontario Vancouver Handball

Thank you SHF for hosting the first games for THO women's team! A great opportunity for our players to discover competion, and for the clubs to establish a relationship.
Game 1 SHF 22-21 THO
Game 2 SHF 34-14 THO
A word from the coach: overall a positive experience this weekend for our first opportunity to be in a game situation. Our goal was to reveal the work we have done since October and identify the areas to improve for upcoming competitions. A cohesive defense and determination led us to come back from a -8 in the first game. A lack of focus, precision, and organization for the second game against a strong team who was fluid, thorough and homogenous. The season is not done yet and we will add more pressure to our practices to simulate those competitive conditions. We have the potential, and we will dig it out for our next encounter!
